- Usage & Technical Data: Standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and interaction telemetry necessary to ensure platform stability and security.
2. How We Use and Protect Your Data
- Service Delivery: To deliver, maintain, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and automated workflows for your enterprise.
- Data Ownership & Model Isolation: Your proprietary enterprise documents and knowledge base data belong strictly to your organization. We do not use your proprietary business documents to train public or foundational third-party AI models.
- Human-in-the-Loop Controls: Customer communication drafts and sensitive automated tasks can be configured to require manual human approval prior to execution.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Processing
When executing multi-model workflows, data interactions may route through validated infrastructure providers (such as OpenAI API endpoints or enterprise cloud hosting). All data transmitted via external APIs is processed in accordance with enterprise data protection agreements that prohibit training on API data.
4. Data Retention and Security
We implement role-based access control (RBAC), database encryption, and document-level permissions within our PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure. We retain your operational data only for as long as your account remains active or as required by regulatory compliance.
